At 12:30 p.m., Dr. Keppy, Vice-Chairman, opened the Public Hearing on the proposed amendments to the Scott County Code, Chapter 23.

Dr. Keppy stated that, "anyone wishing to comment is to fill out a form and give it to the Recording Secretary, who will then record the information and forward it to me. You will then be called upon to make your comments. Please keep your comments to five minutes".

There was no one present to make comments.

Dr. Keppy closed the Public Hearing.
