SCOTT COUNTY, IOWA ASSESSOR'S OFFICE - PROPERTY DATA BULK DOWNLOAD   

These property data and assessment files are provided publicly free of charge by the Scott County, Iowa Assessor's Office.  They are created annually from the Scott County Iowa Assessor's Office appraisal database software.  The data is used for assessment purposes and is believed to be reliable but no guarantee of accuracy is expressed or implied, so use at own risk.  The data is static and represents property data and values from the end of the assessment year cycle after adjustments have been done and after the board of review assessment protest session is complete for that year.  The Parcel ID field is the key linkable field across all files, note the base file is a one-to-one file and the rest are one-to-many.  All data in these files is for property located in Scott County, Iowa but outside the city limits of Davenport, Iowa which has it's own assessor's office. Approx 29,000 records across 30 fields at 5MB.


3-cert - res dwlg extras  
File of 'EXTRA, ADDITIONAL, & MISC' RESIDENTIAL DWELLING & PARCEL DATA for each parcel/property, such as; outbuildings, pools, sheds, gazebos, canopies, etc.     
One to many relationship, can be multiple records/rows per parcel.    
Approx 1,000 records across 6 fields at .05MB.


4-cert - res grgs 
File of RESIDENTIAL GARAGE DATA for each parcel/property, such as; garage type, year built, size, stall count, etc.
